These Terms of Service govern your use of the DeLorenzo Effect website and the photography services provided by DeLorenzo Effect Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings & Retainer
A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to secure all bookings. The date and time are reserved exclusively for you once the retainer is received. The remaining balance is due on or before final delivery of images.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Retainers are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the session can be accommodated subject to availability.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may incur the full session fee.
3. Delivery
Images are delivered digitally via secure online gallery within 3-7 working days unless otherwise agreed. Turnaround times may vary during peak periods.
4. Usage Rights
Clients receive personal or commercial usage rights as specified in the booking package. We retain full copyright over all images and the right to use them for portfolio, marketing, and editorial purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Travel
Travel within Greater London is included. Travel outside London is chargeable and quoted based on mileage, transport, and accommodation where required.
6. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total fees paid for that booking. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
7. Client Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if a client or their guests behave in a manner that is abusive, unsafe, or that materially interferes with our ability to deliver the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
